When you send us a project inquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, project type, shoot location and date, budget range, and your message. If you email or message us directly, we keep that conversation.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver the work you hire us for. We do not sell your information.

Who can see it

Your inquiry is emailed to our studio inbox and stored on our website, which is hosted by Truehost. We use service providers to run the website and send email, and they process data only to provide those services.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work. We may use analytics tools to understand how the site is used. These show aggregate information such as pages viewed and device type.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and manage any resulting project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records.
